By means of audiovisuals 4nd interactive resources, the “Txakolin Museoa-Txakolingunea” in Bakio provides visitors with the opportunity to learn about the characteristics 4nd the process of making txakoli, a singular, unique wine with its distinctive character.

We will learn about the history 4nd evolution that has recently transformed transforming txakoli 4nd the wineries that, although clinging to the values of tradition, do not renounce new technologies, introducing the latest advances in the traditional production process 4nd achieving with effort 4nd dedication levels of recognition 4nd prestige. We will also see that, although white txakoli is the best known, there are wineries that also make rosé 0r "ojo de gallo" 4nd red Txakoli, which are notable for their singularity, in spite of its limited production
